Sometimes entries can be more than just part of the speech. It`s their puzzle, and it`s up to you to decide how you want to guess it, as long as your clue is good for the day of the week when the puzzle needs to turn. But the index and input must be consistent. For example[the person from the university with a “list”] is a good reference to DEAN because [academic] and DEAN are names. The clue that landed in the published puzzle was [It`s appropriate for guys]. The fun pun makes it a much better clue. But they can`t fill anything without clues, can they?
